How It Works

1. Setup appointment call

We schedule an appointment call with one of our senior consultants and have an initial conversation about your project and establish expectations.

2. Getting started.

We will send you a quote and you will be expected to pay a 70% retainer before we begin. Thereafter, we will sign a NDA and collect necessary inputs from you via a custom questionnaire.

3. Roadmap Analysis for success

We will send a Roadmap analysis of your project 72 hours after base fee is completed. This document will include our action plans to successfully completing your project. From this Point, you will be in regular engagements with our tactical team on your project as we begin to collect the Perfect list of talents for your Company.

4. Psychometric testing and Interviewing

Using Assessment tools, we will conduct Psychometric testing to measure candidates’ mental capabilities and aptitude for the Job role. We will conduct In-person and/or Virtual Interview sessions to further assess candidates.

5. Final Recommendations

We will submit a final list of our recommendations and provide Next steps to Onboarding and Induction.

6. After-project support

Our team can provide you with additional advisory support to help you towards achieving your goal.

3. How long does the process take from initial contact to the hired candidates first day?

A standard vacancy, with a candidate located in Nigeria, will typically be complete within two months.

The process can take longer, for example when hiring outside of the region, C-suite professionals, or when recruiting for highly niche and complex roles.

Your Sam&Wright recruitment consultant will agree with you a specific timeframe for your vacancy based on your requirements.

4. How much does your HR/Talent Recruitment cost?

The cost varies according to the vacancy and type of recruitment strategy required.

For contingent recruitment, payment is due on the new employees start date. Our Executive Search team operates on retainer basis.
